Description: |
Large deciduous tree. Leaves crowded near the ends of branches, imparipinnate with 5-8 pairs of leaflets, each leaflet with a distinct narrow drip-tip. Flowers greenish and inconspicuous, produced in sparse panicles among the leaves. Fruit a woody capsule, up to 15 cm long, splitting into 5 valves, which curve back showing the winged seeds attached to a central column. |
