Description: |
Annual herb, up to 40 cm tall, slightly woody towards base. Leaves sessile, single or more usually in fascicles, 8–40 mm long, fleshy filiform, hairless. Inflorescence usually terminal, up to c. 20 cm. long; rhachis hairless. Flowers yellowish-green to white, clustered in threes, hairless. Fruit an achene 1–1.2 mm in diameter, muricate or warty. |
