| Notes: | Herb; Notes: Habitat: banks of channel. Annual herb, 40 cm high. Leaves 3 - 4 cm long, glossy and glutinous. Stipules 5 mm long, interpetiolar, bifurnicate. Flowering branch well-extended, foliaceous near base, dichasium. Flowers 1-1.5 cm long, tubular; tube brown-red; petals 4, free tips extended, cream with central brown band. Capsule flattened - globular with 4 apical horns, 4 lobed, 5 x 8 mm. |
