| Notes: | 6 m high; Shrub; Notes: Shrub, 6 m high. Stem: old stem - fairly rough and fissured, younger stem: smooth and brown to tan, growing upward and arching outward. New shoots densely velvety. Leaves: densely velvety, asymmetric, discolorous with roughly serrate margin. Flowers: axillary, generally 3 per stalk and 2-3 stalks per axil, Petals small, yellow and curled tightly back, sepals green below, yellow above and opened up to function as petals, lots of bright yellowed clustered stamens with golden anthers. |
