Notes: | Shrub; Notes: Densely branched, tall shrub, 2 m high. Bark grey to reddish-brown, young branchlets with dense, yellow-brown, hispidellous indumentum. Leaves opposite, simple; petiole short, 2 - 3 mm long, sturdy, dense, pubescent; stipule interpetiolar, narrowly lanceolate, 80 - 115 x 35 - 60 mm, apex acute, occasionally rounded, base cuneate, margin entire, ciliate, adaxially dark green, pubescent to glabrate, abaxially olive green with dark green venation, extremely dense hispidellous indumentum. Fruit globose, axillary, normally solitary, hard, apically scarred, 1.5 - 2 cm in diameter. In Terminalia woodland. |
