Young branches with significant leaf scars. Copiuos milky latex. Fruit a large (3 cm diameter) 3 loculed capsule on the end of a short branch. Uncommon. Rocky habitat (quartzite) with mixed vegetation. Soils shallow sandy loams.-18.08139021.4936102
